5. Liability

The owner works to keep the website and the app available and secure, but cannot guarantee that there will never be interruptions or errors. Keys are encrypted on each person's own phone; the owner has no access to their content and therefore cannot recover them if both the Google or Apple account and the recovery code are lost.
